Varun, Alia recalls Sidharth: 'One of the warmest, most sincere people'

 

 

Actor Sidharth Shukla was best known for his small screen appearances, but his popularity did not go unnoticed by fellow actors Varun Dhawan and Alia Bhatt. Sidharth co-starred with Varun and Alia in 2014's Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania, which starred in Sidharth's film.

Sidharth Shukla died on Thursday after suffering a heart attack. He was taken to Cooper Hospital in Mumbai, but was pronounced dead at the scene. "The first report indicates that he died of a heart attack. However, we cannot confirm the cause of death until we have completed the autopsy," the hospital's chief psychiatrist told the Hindustan Times.

Taking Instagram stories, Alia shared an old monochrome photo with her photos with Sidharth and Varun. He posted it with the title, "Sid. One of the warmest, kindest and most honest people I've ever worked with ... always smiling and having such a good hope! Added hands-folding emoji.
